Kites: Birds of Glory
lakkis [162]

Answer:

A Kite if you've never seen one is small rare bird in the Southern United States. They are small birds with small heads, short beaks with long narrow wings and tail. Some are brown and grey with buff and white heads and others have black wings and tails with white heads and body. They are fast fliers, because they catch I sects in flight. They are guick and graceful it almost appears to be doing a ballet or acrobats mid air. it is truly an extraordinary sight to see these rare and graceful birds.

Of the 1.3 billion people living in poverty around the world 70 percent are women sociologists view this as evidence of what
Naddik [55]

gender inequality

According the (debatable) statistic that states 70% of the world’s poor are women, the crisis is mainly caused by gender inequality. Two- thirds of the world’s illiterate are women because of gender discrimination, more hurdles to social and economic well-being. This is noted in pay gaps, distorted ownership of assets, the discrimination that women should spend more time and energy in family rearing than building a career etc.

Gender equality and women empowerment can correct this dilemma and it can lead to societies’ sustainable development.

What message about war does Hemingway express in “In Another Country”? How does he  use the elements of fiction to express it?
Brrunno [24]

Answer:

Hemingway expresses his thoughts on war and its impact from the point of view of “The Lost Generation”. He expresses the message that the war was destructive and many people (i.e. those who are a part of The Lost Generation) deeply felt the losses caused by the war. He expresses the impact of the physical losses as well as peoples loss of faith in humanity after World War I. He also discusses the fact that the war led to many people losing their “moral bearings” after witnessing so much loss and annihilation. In “In Another Country”, Hemingway uses the narrator’s matter-of-fact and bleak tone to convey his thoughts on the war. He also uses visceral imagery and adjectives like cold, dark, heavy, and stiff to help create the appropriate tone and establish a bleak setting to express his thoughts.

What three countries are to the left of Japan, across the Sea of Japan?
professor190 [17]

Hello, Never fear papaguy is right here.

Answer: This is the information I had gatherer The Japanese archipelago separates the sea from the Pacific Ocean. It is bordered by Japan, Korea (North and South) and Russia. Like the Mediterranean Sea, it has almost no tides due to its nearly complete enclosure from the Pacific Ocean.
