If there will not be any balance between all the resources then all the resources will be wasted, useless and workless. Water, air, sunlight, geographical feature, hills, mountain, minerals etc are the examples of natural resources. And if natural resources are not balance then we want to be able to survive in the nation, in this country, in the world. And human resources, those resources like intellectual ability, labour skill, manpower and and such as financial are much more important and should have balance in them. If non of them are balanced then all will be destroyed and then this world cannot be exist for so long.
