The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution protects people’s right “to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.” Police must obtain a search warrant from a judge, although courts have identified exceptions to this rule, such as emergency situations and items plainly visible to police officers. A defendant may ask a court to suppress evidence obtained in violation of the Fourth Amendment, which prevents the state from using it in a criminal trial.
‘Hamlet’ is one of the play by William Shakespeare. The play is about the prince Hamlet and his revenge against Claudius who’s Hamlet’s uncle.
In the play, Hamlet addresses his uncle as ‘A little more than kin and less than kind.’ When Hamlet says ‘A little more than kin’ he means that his uncle Claudius is now not just his uncle, but his step father as well simply because he married Hamlet’s mother.
‘Less than kind’ means that although Claudius is now Hamlet’s stepfather, he is less than kind because of the fact that he briskly married his mother and it was because of Claudius that Hamlet’s father died.
