Explanation:

The Huang River valley and the Nile River valley were known as the cradle of the civilizations. The river brought fertile land along with minerals in it for crops to grow. Establishing their kingdoms in the valleys, led them in developing the first agrarian societies.

The Huang River valley saw the rise of the tribes and villages that led to the first dynasty called the Xia Dynasty around 2100 to 1600 B.C.E.

The Nile River valley saw the rise of three kingdoms. The  Egyptian civilization rises with the first Pharaoh of Egypt, Menes.
