To perform well at work, you must know what is expected of you. How can you be expected to perform well if you don't know what you are doing? Staying after hours and modifying your behavior may or may not be necessary depending on your job and your skillset. Choice C is completely incorrect because asking questions is how you learn things, like what is expected of you.
