Answer:

The Second Crusade also differed from its predecessor in that there were three objectives instead of one. While the kings of Germany and France marched east to restore Edessa, other Crusaders went to Spain to fight Muslims or to the shores of the Baltic Sea to fight the pagan Wends.

Answer:

The Second Crusade was started in response to the fall of the County of Edessa in 1144 to the forces of Zengi. The county had been founded during the First Crusade (1096–1099) by King Baldwin I of Jerusalem in 1098. While it was the first Crusader state to be founded, it was also the first to fall.

Why do we use different types of maps?
LenaWriter [7]

Answer:

We use different types of maps because one map will not do everything we need. For example, we use political maps in the United States for the primary and general presidential election. Also, topographic maps are used to determine the elevation of land above sea level in different areas. Traffic maps are used to determine if there is traffic in the roadway.
