Iago gives several reasons for his hatred of Othello (usually to his confidant Roderigo). He says that he hates Othello because Othello passed him over for a promotion to lieutenant, choosing Michael Cassio (who he claims is much less qualified) instead of him. He also claims that he suspects that his own wife, Emilia, has cheated on him with Othello, making him a cuckold. However, it is unclear whether either of these are the real underlying reason for Iago's hatred—this is never completely clarified by Shakespeare.

Beyond this course in what ways does rhetoric affect you?
Radda [10]
Rhetoric is a strong part of english. Especially connotations of words - often at home, my mother hates the word;
When applied in the correct context, okay can mean whatever you say. It isn't a strong word for acknowledgement or conviction the way the word 'yes' is.

Excerpt from The Ultimate Fighting Championship Mary O'Dell 1 American interest in mixed martial arts is growing. Both male and
jeka57 [31]

B) It is unnecessary to oversee the athletes involved in mixed martial arts.

The viewpoint made in section one is that "State athletic commissions should strictly monitor and regulate the UFC." A rebuttal statement is one that goes against the viewpoint, so it needs to say something about how the UFC should not be monitored or regulated. Option A agrees with the viewpoint by saying overseeing athletes is necessary. Option B states the opposite by saying it is unnecessary to oversee athletes. Therefore, this is the correct answer. Option C says that athletes must self-regulate. While this puts the responsibility of regulating on the athletes, it does not take it away from the commissions. There is nothing here to suggest that the commissions would not regulate just because the athletes are. Option D has nothing to do with monitoring or regulating so it is a poor choice.
