Explanation: It's generally important to know about civics when it comes to society, it can give people a sense of how they can participate in normal public life. Typically it's just not knowing your oppurtinuities, but your obligations as a citizen. Another reason why it's essential to know about civics, is becoming a responsible citizen. A responsible citizen knows what they should and should not do, this being a common, but big factor of civics. With these, people can use all these correctly in the intrest of the nation.

This is capitalism: the usual definitions of capitalism that I read actually always include the phrases"free market" and "private ownership". (however, in practice very few countries are capitalist, most have a mixed economy with for example health care being partially controlled by the government.
