Hello! I would recommend drinking room temperature water; not too, hot not too cold, juuuust right. Make sure you do warm-ups before each session. Don't sing if it hurts too! Rest your vocal cords (No singing or talking). And make sure to avoid vaping or smoking. Hope this helped!
Try not to scream or yell or shout or whisper that much, use good breath support when your talking or singing, don’t overuse your voice (your voice needs to rest, so don’t overwork it), etc.
