Hello! I would recommend drinking room temperature water; not too, hot not too cold, juuuust right. Make sure you do warm-ups before each session. Don't sing if it hurts too! Rest your vocal cords (No singing or talking). And make sure to avoid vaping or smoking. Hope this helped!
