The healthiest choice is B) Grapes.

Explanation 1:

Candy might be delicious but candy is artificial and has unnatural added sugars.  Eating enough unhealthy foods such as candy can cause diabetes, high blood pressure, and certain types of cancer. Candy is also unhealthy for our teeth.  The bacteria from the candy stays in our teeth and rots.  Because of this, candy causes more cavities than other foods and plenty of trips to the dentist!

Explanation 2:

Sodas might be a refreshing drink but it also causes diabetes, high blood pressure, and different types of cancer.  Sodas are considered artificial sweeteners which increase calories.  Even though soda has sugar to keep us going, it actually leads to dehydration. Sodas also affect teeth by staining them which makes our teeth not so white and shiny.  Sodas also lead to cavities and rot your teeth!

Explanation 3:

Grapes are a super healthy fruit! It has healthy sources such as 0.7G of protein, 0.2G of fat, and is a rich source of vitamin C and K and including vitamins in the C section.  Grapes also have the natural sugar that we need.  Grapes are high in antioxidants, which fights cancer, diabetes, and heart disease.

Therefore, grapes are the healthiest.
