If you are talking about the first of the ten commandments in Exodus, then they would be:
1. You shall have no other gods before me
2. You shall have no idols
3. You shall not take the Lord's name in vain
4. You shall remember the Sabbath and keep it holy
5. Honor your father and mother
These are in my own words, but the reference is Exodus 20:3-12 if you would like to quote them word for word. I highly recommend reading them all!

First person uses words like I, me and only shows their own point of view. But Third person limited uses words like they, themselves etc. and is told by the narrator one character at a time.
