If its cold you can lay with it and it can keep you warm, it can protect you and maybe it'll even help you hunt, depends how loyal it is, also if you get hurt and cant walk its big enough to ride on! :D
I don't know they seem like they would protect you when they're being threatened or your being attacked and they're big and scary but also could keep you warm if its cold lol
