Answer:

well      your teacher may find out is it multiple choice so in that case if it isn't then you are screwed but i think you should let her learn because she will get behind on everything and she needs to learn how to make time for study just say it in a nice way. i am just trying to be honest it might be hard but  maybe share a couple answers so she wont fail .  Sasha would maybe be a little mad but she needs to learn that you have too study .

Oranges by Gary Soto Think Question 1 What do you learn about the speaker, his actions, and the setting in lines 1–11? Cite evid
Zinaida [17]

Answer:

Oranges by Gary Soto

The speaker was having his first date with a girl he admired, because it was "the first time, I walked with a girl."

He later decided to buy the girl some chocolate to celebrate their date.  But, what he enjoyed most was their holding each other's hand while walking, "and led her down the street."

The setting was a walk down the street in December, under a frosty weather with "Frost cracking beneath my steps."

Explanation:

Oranges is a short poem written by Gary Soto and first published in 1985.  It chronicled the experiences of a teenager meeting his first date at that tender age of 12.  The twelve-year-old boy went to the girl's house on a cold December morning, bringing two oranges in his pocket to share with her.

However, when they entered a drugstore, the girl chose some chocolate which costs more than he could afford, potentially embarrassing the boy.  All the same, he had to pay for it, as boys do when they are in the presence of the opposite sex.

Extemporaneous speech about no school uniform policy
Alja [10]

Answer:

Please do not copy but revise what i wrote for your speech. Thank you!

Explanation:

Uniforms. The definition for uniform is the distinctive clothing worn by members of the same organization or body or by children attending certain schools. But the meaning of uniform back then is not the same as now. Because modern fashion trends tend to expose more skin or more body somebody might think someone is asking for it. An amazing example is young girls between the ages of 11-16 years old. Those ages tend to follow in other people's footsteps and essentially want to be the IT girl. That means that if the IT girl right now is wearing ripped jeans, they will too. Young boys are going through puberty the same time young girls are. Young girls will develop breast and will start their menstrual cycle. Boys will grow hair on their body and their body will start changing too. Their voice will change and they will be going through a hormonal struggle. when Girls will experiment fashion they might show their skin a little a bit more and that might turn a boy on. Dress code does the same thing as uniforms. It was made so young boys can focus and girl will have to cover up their legs, arms, stomach, and their shoulders. Since when does a boy ever say "shoulders, That's so hot" Never. Uniforms were made for boys to focus and so that girls will be uncomfortable knowing boys might have fantasies about them. Uniforms might be to stop boys from getting distracted or may have been their from the get-go since their school was built. Uniforms have no good reasoning but to help boys focus and make girl cover up.
