What is the arrangement of all parts of an essay

English
1 answer:
adell [148]3 years ago
8 0

Answer:

1. Introduction - In the introduction of an essay, it will "introduce" the reader to what the essay will be about, and will include a thesis statement. There should also be a hook to make the reader want to indulge in the essay. Also, no solid evidence is given here and is more so just giving a very brief overview of what the essay topic will be without spoiling much of anything, just like a movie trailer.

2. Body - The body of a paragraph will contain usually 3 or more paragraphs and include evidence, reasoning, and proof to back up what the claim (what that author is trying to say, which I refereed to this in the introduction just as the "essay topic") of the essay is. These paragraphs are usually the most detailed and have the most evidence, like the whole plot of a movie.

3. Conclusion - The conclusion will sum up the whole essay and kind of re-state the claim/topic without using exact wording from before so it's not repeating. Also, along with the claim/topic, it should summarize the whole thing, but not in detail. Just make it very brief and simple.

What is a reference for political corruption? Please help me, thank you
elena-s [515]

Answer:

Uhm this is a little bit about Nawaz Sharif, a political leader who was hella corrupt:

In 2016, the Panama Papers leaks unleashed a new threat for the prime minister which resulted in claims of corruption being investigated by the Supreme Court.

The allegations related to his family's ownership of apartments in an upmarket area of central London, with questions being raised over the money trail that led to the acquisition of those properties.

Sharif denied all wrongdoing and called the charges politically motivated.

However, on 6 July 2018 a court in Pakistan found him guilty of corruption and sentenced him - in absentia - to 10 years in prison. When the sentence was announced he was in London where his wife was receiving medical treatment.

Sharif's daughter and son-in-law were also convicted.
