Miep Gies was a Dutch women who helped hid Anne Frank,and her family in a secret Annex during the Holocasut. She was a remarkable women who helped this family during a crisis situation she gave them an area to live in, and even risked' her life to get them supplies to survive the horrible site. Miep helped the family stay hidden for 25 months, until somebody ratted them out,and they where sent to concentration camps. Miep is still a hero to this day,and a part of this history being made because if she wasnt so kind hearted in helping this family there never would of been a Anne Frank to write a Diary that we all know today
