Try and meditate more and try nit to be stressed all the time about grades. What i do is i wait until the end of the week and try and finish it on that day

Take a break when you feel really stressed and get water or go outside and get fresh air or you can get something to eat so when you come back your more calm down and try medicine or take a nap and then when you wake up get back to doing your work
