The American Revolution affected other countries was that other republican groups fought to overthrow aristocratic governments. The American Revolution was a political alteration during the last half of the 1700s in which thirteen colonies in North America merged together to free themselves from the British Empire, to become the United States.

EXPLANATION:

FRANCE

• From the start, 13 more colonies were losing money for Britain. The invaders demanded protection from French threats but were never ready to help contribute to the maintenance of British troops.

• Invaders did not need to pay taxes to Britain. The colonizers committed extraordinary tax fraud despite being requested to pay the lowest amount in all of Britain.

• The British put far more into 13 colonies concerning money and trade than they ever had.

• The first was France, and it had a very negative effect because the American War of Independence finally led to the French Revolution.

• France financially supported the American Revolution as a stance on the British Empire.

• France spent too much while its people suffer.

BRITAIN

• The American Revolution also affected Haiti.

• The American Revolution was one of the inspirations rather than leading to the French Revolution. Seeing America's success, Haiti was also inspired to fight France.

• After the demolition of the colonies, Britain had more money and more armies to help back up the East India Company which forced France out of India, South Asia, North Africa and claimed it as British property which later proved to be very profitable.

• The Royal Navy was liberated from having to protect merchants who crossed the Atlantic or landed in the American shorelines (thus protecting British assets in the world.)

• It helped make new trade ways and permitted Britain to seize control of the sea.

• They formed a better government administration; in their anew obtained colonies because of their experience with the colonies in American.

How did the American Revolution affect other countries? Well, it had nothing to do with slavery--A is wrong. Yes, a foreign government tried to punish Patriot leaders--but it was only one, the British. B is wrong. The countries weren't really affected by the war on the other side of the globe, C is wrong.

But a lot of countries were inspired by our revolution...and so they made their own republican revolutions too! D is right!

1. The colony was founded mainly by planters from the overpopulated English sugar island of Barbados, who brought relatively large numbers of African slaves from that island to establish new plantations. To meet agricultural labor needs, colonists also practiced Indian slavery for some time.

2. Slaves included captives from wars and slave raids; captives bartered from other tribes, sometimes at great distances; children sold by their parents during famines; and men and women who staked themselves in gambling when they had nothing else, which put them into servitude in some cases for life.

3. In New England, it was common for enslaved people to learn specialized skills and crafts due to the area's more varied economy. Ministers, doctors, and merchants also used slave labor to work alongside them and run their households. As in the South, enslaved men were frequently forced into heavy or farm labor.

4. The jobs in each region were different because they all harvest and require different needs.

5. England's southern colonies in North America developed a farm economy that could not survive without slave labor. Many slaves lived on large farms called plantations. These plantations produced important crops traded by the colony, crops such as cotton and tobacco.

6. While working on plantations in the Southern United States, many slaves faced serious health problems. Improper nutrition, unsanitary living conditions, and excessive labor made them more susceptible to diseases than their owners; the death rates among the slaves were significantly higher due to diseases.

7. The colonists could of used animals or done it themselves.

Why was the U.S. Supreme
Court decision in the Dred
Scott case so controversial?
Nadya [2.5K]

Answer: Because the Court ruled that Scott was not an American citizen, any federal lawsuit he filed automatically failed because he could never establish the "diversity of citizenship" that Article III of the U.S. Constitution requires for an American federal court to be able to exercise jurisdiction over a case.
