In the given sentence above, the type of figurative language that is being used is option B. Hyperbole. Hyperbole is a figure of speech that uses an exaggeration in order to emphasize something. In the given sentence, what makes it exaggerated is the thought that the speaker can end all the wars (which is quite impossible), but for the sake of emphasis, it should not be taken literally.
