How to develop that dedication in me to study everyday and every time. I mean i know studying is a good thing and will benefit m

e in like a million ways to be successful and i wanna do it but it's like i have this other me who wants to be lazy and just sit around doing nothing. The most hard thing is starting out and just keeep going. That persistence is missing. I know im capable of a lot but i'm just not doing it. I'm always in this protective zone like if i try to do anything it might harm me so my mind just doesn't listen to me. Anyonne has any solution to this ????
