The Aztec War Whistle ( AKA The Death Whistle) was discovered in 1999 in Mexico when the skeleton of a 20-year old sacrificial victim was found holding it. When you blow in it, it sounds like a human is screaming. Some theories propose the idea that the whistle was used in war to scare enemies away.
