Experience only means, you did it a lot. When you deeply think about exactly what you did and reflect upon the results it wielded, thats when you really learn and grow.
It means even though we have the experience,if we don't reflect and realize the lesson learnt,we don't learn anything.But after having an experience,if we reflect and know the lesson,we can learn a lot of things.
