Answer: I made a meaningful contribute when it was my dads day to wash dishes but because his back was hurting i did it for him without asking. He thank me very much and i was proud i was able to do something in return for everything he has done for me within my 12 years ( or however old you are) for me.

Another time was when it was last mothers day, and my mother asked me to buy her nothing. But because  know she does a lot for me and my sibling ( if you have them) I gave her a bubble bath, cooked diner ( if you can cook) and gifted her a perfume she had been wanting for a very long time

You could write a sketch for a story about say, a a homeless kid who wants to be like the rich kid he meets because of his shoes but when they switch body's he becomes paralyzed like the rich boy was. Will that work for you? I hope it helped
