In the honest table Ramona salvarez case; recent case-ruled that a social media website analyzing its users’ profile information

to improve its service violated consumer privacy rights. A group of citizens from one state brought a class action suit against the social media company, which is based in another states. The company maintains that the use of data was agrees to at the time that any user creates an account to use their website. It also argues that this is legitimate action that helps the company improve their site for its users. The petitoners argue that the use of data marked “private”, including pictures and text posts, violates their right of protection against illegal search and zeizure.

The Judicial review on this case allows the Supreme Court to take an active role in ensuring that the other branches of government abide by the constitution, I have arrived to this decition because they rather not let them have the power to declare laws unconstitutional has been deemed an implied power, derived from Article III and Article VI of the U.S. Constitution.
