Answer:

The period from 1803 to 1812 was a landmark in Louisiana history. In these years, the land that became Louisiana went from a European colony to a federal territory and finally to the eighteenth state in the union. In the midst of these political changes, Louisianians experienced social unrest, racial revolt, and international conflict. Meanwhile, determining what would become of Louisiana and its residents forced people in the United States and in Europe to consider what it meant to be American. Although Louisiana became a state in 1812, that hardly settled the questions unleashed by the Louisiana Purchase.

Why were certain foods rationed during world war ii?
Marrrta [24]

The correct answer is: "There is a situation or shortage or of excess demand".

Rationing is an allocation system that is adopted in an economy when the amount produced cannot serve the whole demand and there is no price adjustment. This was the case during WWII.  A possible rationing strategy could be "first come, first serve", for example or dividing the total output between the population and allocating a fixed ration for each person.

The colonies that became the original United States were part of which European nation's land claims? What demands did colonists
Nastasia [14]
The Colonies that became the original United States were part of Britain's land claims. The colonists also demanded land, labor, and resources from the Indians when they could. (However, before they gained their independence, Britian did not allow them to take any extra land, because they did not want to be at war with the Indians. This resulted in overcrowding of the colonies and anger towards the British government)
