Due to collisions between particles in the spinning cloud, the solar nebula begins to flatten. The particles in the gas cloud first have all different speeds in different directions. As they start colliding with each other, their final velocity is the average of the two initial velocities before collision.

How long does it take harry to go 0.7 miles if he can run 1.2 miles in 6 minutes
IgorLugansk [536]

Answer:

Harry will take 21 seconds

Explanation:

Speed = distance covered / time taken

Harry covers 12 miles in 6 minutes so,

the speed of Harry will be 12/6 = 2 miles per minute.

Therefore, if he covers 0.7 miles then time taken by him will be,

Time taken = distance covered / speed

                   = 0.7 / 2

                   = 0.35 minutes

                   = 0.35 x 60 seconds

                   = 21 seconds

I hope this helps :)
