Sheila should have desserts in small portions and increase activity levels. Not eating certain types of foods is no good, although for high-sugar/high-fat foods, moderation should always be practise. Increasing activity level prevents from accumulating fat and reduce the risks associated with high sugar foods, so this could be a great strategy for Sheila.

The best practice for her to adopt to remain healthy would involve a combination of a healthy amount of exercise and reducing her intake of sugar within her diet. Whilst doing either of these things works well on their own, it is only with a combination of the two that she can actually become healthier.
