Answer:

Sorry this is late. Hope this helps! ;)

Dear Zachariah,

I am truly sorry for what I've done. I have been weeping in my home for hours now. I shouldn't have told Captain Jaggery about anything I saw. I should have known he would beat the crew- I knew he had guns, and I really should have considered every result before I decided to do anything. Even then, I should have tried to stop him... I guess I was just appalled, and couldn't think at the moment. No. That does not justify my actions... I just don't understand why it had to be Cranick to get shot and not me. I deserve it more. Besides, I'm the one to blame for what happened. I'm mostly sorry for what happened to you, though... I promise I was just trying to protect you! I'm so foolish... After seeing what happened to Cranick, I should have known things could only get worse. I am so, so sorry. At least you're in a better place now...

Best regards,

         Charlotte

fenix001 [56]
Solution:
It is Wednesday. If it was any other day of the week, more than one statement would be true. To solve the riddle, evaluate each person’s statement and write down what day it could be according to the statement. David’s statement indicates it could be any day of the week except for Wednesday. When you list the days that it could be according to everyone’s statement, it turns out Wednesday is the day mentioned only one time.

Darryl: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday Tracy: Monday
Melissa: Saturday
Ben: Thursday
Adrienne: Saturday
Susie: Friday
