Answer:

Every war makes technology department of every country grow a lot faster.

New weapons surely made the WW2 the bloodiest war the world had ever seen.

Strategic bombardment of civil cities made civilian casulties grow up to tens of thousands, which was never seen in any war before.

Key events of WW2 meant literally everything.

- Without the blitzkrieg, germans would not conquer this much land in this little time.

- Without the soviet winter offensive, germans would conquer the Soviet Union by the end of winter.

- Without the D day, germans would be able to fully focus on eastern front meaning little or none claims by the soviets.

In inland war, navy was mostly uses to guerilla attakts but in pacific. Navy was the key to victory. Who had more and better ships won

Could world leaders have prevented World War II from<br> happening Support you answer fully.
almond37 [142]

Answer:

Yes, they could have but it would have been very difficult.

Explanation:

The reason is that the attitudes of the leaders of Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan (Hitler, and Hirohito, respectively) were very pro-war. Both leaders were pursuing an aggressive expansionary policy, whcih means that they wanted to conquer a lot of new land in order to be colonized by German or Japanese people respectively.

However, some of the policies of the British, French, and American government could have been different. For example, the could have been harder on Hitler at first, when he was pursuing the annexation of Austria, and Czechia.
