When we think of Heroes we think of the superheroes we see in stories or maybe police officers, or firefighters, maybe doctors. But there are lots of other ways that people can be heroes.

There are lots of heroes that go unappreciated, such as, Foster parents, food bank workers, even those who just donate to charities. There aren't many people in the world that really are like superheroes but, that doesn't mean that there aren't lots of people who are.

When you think of a superhero, maybe you picture a hero you saw in a comic book or movie. When you think of real life heroes maby you think of, people in the Armed Forces, Police, Doctors. But you probably miss some of the most important heroes. Some of the most overlooked heroes are people like Teachers, Parents, even your friends.

To me a hero is a person who you can look up to, someone you can trust, talk to and go to for guidance. You don't have to fight to protect our country ,like the armed forces, to be a hero. You don't have to care for the sick ,like doctors, to be a hero. To be a hero all you need to do is simply help somebody and your community,Weather it's donating time or supplys to a food bank or charity, or picking up trash in the park. Like someone once said “Heroes don’t always wear capes, badges, or uniforms. Sometimes, they support those who do.”

WITCHER [35]

Answer:

After her shower, she put cream on her face. Then she went to bed. Finally, she was ready to go to sleep.

Recently he had been feeling sick. Once he got to the doctor´s office, the pain in his stomach disappeared. After that, he understood that it was all in his head.

Explanation:

Transitions allow us to establish logical connections between sections and within paragraphs. In these examples, we only used those that signal time transitions (After, then, finally, recently, once, after that).

Why do you believe people are prejudiced agaist those with disabilities the sick the elderly
Vladimir79 [104]

Answer: It is my claim that disability prejudice has been viewed through the lens of prejudices such as anti-Semitism, racism, feminism and homophobia – intolerances that may not be pre-existing, but have been generally recognized and theorized earlier in time.

Explanation:

In many ways, this collection of papers on the burgeoning field of national, regional and international instruments directed towards the redress of disability discrimination is really about the existence of disability prejudice. Most of the papers focus on practical or theoretical issues raised by the laws themselves, or the jurisprudential, social and political choices that shape the drafting and enactment of laws. Nonetheless, every paper is built on the conviction that disability prejudice is a fundamental force behind the exclusion of people with disabilities from a myriad of social and economic opportunities, and one author in particular writes in detail about the personal and systemic consequences of persistent disability prejudice and stereotypes
