In addition, we have examples of countries that have not adopted federalism and have bigger problems than ours.

However, it is not correct to ignore the disadvantages that this system promotes, the largest of which are cases of negligence and irresponsibility towards the citizen. However, observing the possibility of claiming rights that federalism imposes, we can consider that its advantages are greater.
