This would be more of a personal question since it’s asking you what things YOU would be proud of that you said and ashamed what you said. An example could be you complimented someone or you did a great speech/presentation. Somethings that someone might be ashamed of that they have said would be like they yelled at their parents or said mean words to a kid and etc.
