One of the best ways to get new members to sign up is to demonstrate to them how actively involved fellow workers are with the union. When workers can actually see members doing work on behalf of the union, they will know that their dues are being well-spent. For unions, this means getting your members more involved.

On what grounds do hutchinson and winthrop base their respective arguments? review
Anna007 [38]

Anne Hutchinson was gaining popularity and her teachings are spreading. She grew up on the teaching that mercy was preordained and that earthly acts determine d*mn*tion. This teaching strengthened her belief that speaking directly to god and having a personal relationship with him is the way to eternal life. This view is largely contradicting Puritan teaching.

John Winthrop and other men in the Boston court feared that Anne's ideas threatened the three essential things in the colony: social order, traditional gender roles,  established ministerial authority. Winthrop argued that one person with ideas that contradict the existing doctrine is endangering the peace and social order in the colony.
