The feature of speech which is not usually found in written essays is the non-verbal form of communication.
Non-verbal communication is the form of communication wherein the message is conveyed through gestures. non-verbal communication does not stop with the pause in verbal communication.
Some of the examples of non-verbal communication which are not found in written essays are eye contact, gesture, body movement, eye contact, space etc.
