Answer:

Find the explanation below.

Explanation:

1. Esperanza's interaction with the nun was like that between an adult and a young girl who was caught in her tricks. Esperanza made her mum write to the nuns to tell them that she lived far away and so, should be allowed to eat in the canteen. The nun quickly recalled that Esperanza did not live far away, but still granted Esperanza's request when she started crying.

2. Esperanza's feet felt heavy and swollen. This was because of the old shoe which she had to wear to the baptism party. This made her to refuse dancing with her Uncle at first. But when he insisted and even praised her for looking good, Esperanza accepted his request for a dance and they had a nice performance.

Should juveniles be put away for life? why or why not?
marta [7]

It depends on the situation, a juvenile's perception can always change. If a juvenile murdered somebody, that's horrible. He'll probably be in jail for a while, but while he's in jail he might change and see the bigger picture. It really just depends on the situation and the person. The person might be mentally ill. But in my opinion, they shouldn't be in jail for life.

I hope this helps!
