Timbuktu was located very close to the Niger River Bend, and therefore, acting as an east and west trading highway. This land also had many mosques, great for the religion and also acted as architectural inspiration.
Djenne was a land filled with amazing buildings (inspiration) and was very successful so this provided the kingdom with many tips and tricks.

La Santa María is one of Christopher's ships. In fact this is the ship he was captain of that ship (he sailed on that ship with his explorers.) The<span> Niña and the Pinta were small </span>caravels ( two tinier ships) that had his more of Columbus's explorers. They were looking for the end of the earth/waters where they thought they would fall off of. <span>In August 1492, </span>Columbus sailed the ocean blue<span>. October 12th they sighted land, And set their feet upon new sand.</span> It turned out that the earth was round, found out Columbus.
It inspired bus boycotts in other cities, spreading the civil rights movement

We wanted to stay out of it since the great depression was still fresh in the minds of the public we didn't want war and we where in no way ready or up to date on technology of the time since we where still rebuild our economy. although we later supported the start of the war by sending equipment to the UK and France we still didn't want to fight. At least until Pearl Harbor happened.
