Explanation:

Hi,

Without Judicial review, some laws might be passed that may then be seen as unconstitutional. Rights would be violated and people would feel as if they weren't being treated equally. Judicial review also makes sure that power is equal between all branches to avoid conflict. Without the Judicial review, not only with power be uncontrolled between the branches, but many laws would be unconstitutional and prevent people from gaining their god-given rights.

Hope this helps :)

What is the main idea of the sentence “There is not a stream (except tidal streams) fit to float anything drawing three feet of
V125BC [204]

Answer:

Large boats are unable to float in the small waterways of South Africa.

Explanation:

The phrase shows that South Africa has very limited snowy roads, as it has several small streams and insufficient amounts of water to be able to float large vessels that need very large quantities of water.

The phrase shows that there are tidal streams, which are larger streams close to the ocean that can accommodate large vessels, but this statement is made only as a reference and not as a way of expressing the main idea of the phrase. With that, we can say that the main idea of the frse is "Big boats cannot float on small waterways in South Africa."

"Raymond's Run" is written in the first person point of view. You know this because the narrator, Squeaky, uses the word "I" and describes the action as she sees it.

This helps give the reader a better sense of character, plot, and theme because she leads the reader through the story. She tells you exactly what she thinks of each character she comes across, and the story follows her through her day and through her actions which help keep track of the plot.
