Why do you think society's don't take every precaution necessary to prevent man-made disasters from impacting the environment and communities?

I personally believe it’s because they’re all about the money they’ll make. if it costs extra to set the precautions they most likely wouldn’t do it and they’ll just see the consequences and pass off the blame
