To me, the rule of law indicates that no man or woman is above the law. That the process works for everyone.

So, A is the best answer.

If no person, or branch of Government, is above the law, how do you structure a system that makes that theory a reality? You would need separation of powers to ensure that no one branch has <em>ALL </em>the power.

Nigeria began with the formation of the Western Nigerian Government Broadcasting Corporation known as WNTV. It commenced operation on 31 October 1959. It was located in Ibadan.

Later, there was the establishment of Radio Kaduna Television known as RKTV in March 1962.

Ten years after, MidWest TV was established in Port Harcourt, which was 1972.

Later in 1974 Benue-Plateau Television Corporation known as BPTV was established.

By 1977, all the aforelisted televisions were merged to form the present-day Nigerian Television Authority.
