I would try and use this website as much as possible. There are a lot of people that can help with problems that you may not know. Also, make sure you focus on yourself. We live in a crazy world right now and it can be pretty overwhelming. I would turn on your favorite music, light your favorite candle, and set a specific time to work on everything your missing.
