Bolsa de espaguetis
Agua
Sal
Salsa típica
800 gramos de tomates
Cebolla
Aceite
Albahaca

<h3>Elaboración: </h3>

Primero. hacemos la salsa que se hace de la siguiente manera necesitarás un poco de aceite, una cebolla y unos 800 gramos de tomates naturales. Sofríe la cebolla hasta que esté dorada y después añade los tomates previamente picaditos y sal.

Segundo. necesitamos una olla grande en la que echaremos agua –por lo menos 1 litro por cada 100 gramos de pasta– y sal –la cantidad ideal es de 10 gramos por litro–. Recuerda que la pasta se debe añadir sólo cuando el agua está hirviendo. Hacerlo antes es un error muy común.

Tercero. Se ponen unas hojas de albahaca (unos 20 gramos para 2 personas) en una licuadora o un mortero, se añade una gota de agua extraída de la olla donde cuecen los espaguetis, un poco de aceite y una pizca de sal y se mezcla hasta obtener una salsa suave.
