The image of the point (-3,-5) under a translation is (-8,-9) .find the coordinates of the image of the point (-8,0) under the same translation?

The answer would be (-13,-4) if you wanted to do it without a graph all you have to do is subtract so -8 - (-3)= -5 so five to the left and -9 - (-5)= -4 so four down. Hope this helps! :)
