A Spanish treatment of the Native Americans was poor. Spanish explorers considered the natives inferior. Consequently, they forcibly converted natives to Christianity, confined them to slavery and murdered them.
Why? The Spanish, for the most part, treated the Native Americans poorly. The Spanish were interested in the riches of the Americas, and they had no problem in forcing the Native Americans into slavery so they could mine the gold and the silver for Spain

The age discrimination in employment was amended in 1986, the legislation was signed by President Ronald Reagan.
The Amendment eliminates the age 70 cap on the group of workers protected by The Age Discrimination in Employment Act ( ADEA ). The ADEA previously only protected workers between 40 and 70. With this new law, all workers over 40 were protected by ADEA.
Due to the new legislation, all discrimination against employees aged 70 and over will be considered unlawful and punishable. The amendment also requires to provide health coverage for workers or their spouses aged over 70.
