In someone else's buisness its not ok to have employees intrude on big decisions like selling it or destroying it. He's basically saying the government is kinda like employees to us, we are the boss of ourselves, as long as we stay in our own lane and follow neccesary rules.
Well, the Quartering Act required colonists to house and quarter British troops. It would not be C, B, A, or D. At least from all the knowledge I know.
