I think B is more appropriate for this theme mainly because he would've thought Vera was not a good person because of her appearance and this theme sounds more appropriate to a person.
I deserve a raise because I am hardworking , organized , dependable , knowledgeable about my position and I am a team player. I take pride in my work and it is evidenced through the people I train and their acquired knowledge and skills.
