Impact craters are divided into two groups: simple craters and complex craters. In larger craters gravity causes the steep crater walls to collapse downward and inward. A complex structure forms, with a central peak or peak ring and a shallower depth (1/10 to 1/20 the diameter).

No. It is the other way around. 
When you sell a product to another country, you are exporting your product. The country buying your product is the importer as they are bringing the product into the country by buying it.
