a,c, and d are physical changes because the chemical makeup of the object doesn't change. although you are making ice and melting it the water stays the same. It is just in a different form. The metal pipe is also the same pipe just cut into two pieces. Meanwhile burning paper leaves you with no paper which is why it is a chemical change.
