Children should be taught that hard-work can really pay off by teachers and parents and Contact sports can be a good example.
Children should also be taught to express themselves without being ashamed of it. (Example) Some girls are told that football and other big contact sports are ‘for boys only’.
Contact sports can really make a difference in a child’s health and fitness. Especially if started in an early age.
It can also stimulate the brain
