Can someone please help because I really need this answered! Why do you think artists often choose a symbolic approach to their artwork? This is Journal for Intro to Art.

Because it gives the work a meaning. You can also enable the craftsman to try and communicate as the need arises and the spread of mindfulness on a particular subject
