Yes and no?

Explanation:

Depending on the school, both of the answers could work. As a person in an unsafe school itself, I honestly wish they did. I also come from an addict family, so it's very easy to get addicted from what i've seen. Now, as much fun as it is to get high lol- I honestly wish they did just for student safety in a responsible persons pov.
