How did the Fredonia Rebellion end?
REY [17]

Answer:

The events that lead to the ending of Fredonia Rebellion are described below.

Explanation:

The Fredonia Rebellion was initiated by two Edward brothers against the Mexicans. A grant alloted to Haden Edwards gave him the permission to settle in Nacogdoches along with 800 people. After arriving at Nacogdoches, disputes arose among the Mexicans and the Edward brothers.

To end the rebellion cauased by the Edward brothers,Stephen F. Austin and Peter Ellis Bean lead a force and started their journey towards Nacogdoches. By then, Edward brothers got an idea that nobody will support them to start a war against the Mexicans and they feared for their lives. Hence, Edwards along with some of their followers ran away before the arrival of Stephen F. Austin and Peter Ellis Bean.
